Shipping

Please note. we do not offer next-day delivery. 



We can ship to virtually any address in Ireland, all 32 counties.

Delays may be experienced due to high volumes of orders during certain times of the year and/or if items are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with updated information.

At present we are delivering most larger items ourselves. Depending on location shipping can take up to a week.

Free Delivery Over €50

Terms - This applies to all items under 30kg that can be sent as a regular parcel via our courier GLS.

Items over 30kg or bulkier items that need to be delivered by one of our own vans will have a delivery cost applied at the checkout stage.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Please note. we do not offer next-day delivery. 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. GLS is our courier for regular parcel items and they generally deliver within 1-2 business days.

Larger non pallet-able items (for example a car lift) will be delivered in our own vehicles, depending on your location shipping can take up to 1 week.

Delivery to Northern Ireland

We can ship to virtually any address in Ireland, all 32 counties. All items are shipped from our Dublin store and we cover all areas of the 32 counties in our own vans on a weekly basis.

We can usually deliver even larger non-palletable items with seven working days anywhere within the 32 counties depending on your location.

Non Receipt of Goods

Discreptcies on goods received or not receieved at all, must be notified by email to sales@ige.ie within 10 days of placing the order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Customers have 14 days from date of receipt to cancel and return any item. Unfortunately we can't accept any unwanted returns after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you wish to cancel and return your order please contact us either via email @ sales@ige.ie or call (01) 2572171 and we will raise the returns authorisation.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item in its original condition. If there is any visible damage usage marks due to unnecessary handling by the customer there may be a restocking fee applied depending on the circumstances. This does not apply to new unopened items and most other items. Please give us a call to verify in your case.

To complete a return in store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and may request identification.

Non-returnable items:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

*Your warranty is void if the item is not serviced in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, or if your item was used outside its parameters. (We may still be able to repair your item, just not under warranty.)

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ige.ie 

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
