Are our stores open to the public, to walk in?
Dublin store is open to the public 9-6 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on Saturday.
Do our prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices on our website include VAT.
How long does delivery take?
2-7 business days, but may take longer on heavier items, out of stock items or during busy periods. See our full Shipping & Returns policy here.
Do I need a credit/debit card to place an order at our online store?
Yes. You can pay cash or card in store or card only online or over the phone.
Do we issue invoices/VAT dockets?
Do we accept cheques?
Yes but they will need to clear in the bank before the order is dispatched.
What courier do we use for delivery?
We use two separate couriers services, one for parcels under 35kg and AllTrans for larger items in most cases delivered on a pallet (s). Even larger items like car lifts we deliver in our own vans.
Is their warranty on items bought from our store?
Yes. There is at least a 12 month warranty on all items bought in our store.
Do we take Sterling and Euro?
Yes. Our prices are in Euro but we also accept sterling at the current going rate.
I'm missing parts/products off my order, how long do I have to notify IGE.IE of this?
Discrepancies (missing parts or products) with orders must be notified within 1 week of delivery to Sales@ige.ie or 01 257 2171.
Where are repairs carried out?
Any repairs covered under warranty will need to be carried out at our warehouse in Greenogue Business Park Dublin.
