Screw Compressors

Screw compressors, also known as rotary screw compressors, use two interlocking screws, or rotors, to compress air and store it in a tank. As the rotors turn, they create pockets of decreasing volume, which causes the air pressure to increase. This compressed air is then stored in the tank and can be used to power a variety of tools and equipment.
The main advantage of screw compressors is that they are very quiet and produce minimal vibration, which makes them well-suited for use in noise-sensitive environments. They are also more efficient than piston compressors, and can operate for longer periods of time without needing to be refilled however screw compressors are typically larger and more expensive than piston compressors.
